Hey, what's up! My name is Ray

I’m a NASM-certified personal trainer with over eight years of experience helping people transform their bodies, mindsets, and lives. It’s been an incredible journey filled with growth, challenges, and triumphs. But getting here wasn’t easy—it’s been a ride full of learning and perseverance.

Now, I’m sure you’re here browsing my page because you’re in the midst of your own fitness journey—or maybe you’re just starting one. Either way, I want to take a moment to connect with you. When it comes to fitness, the struggles you’re facing—the plateaus, the lack of motivation, the aching muscles, the sleepless nights, the negative self-talk, or whatever it may be—I’ve been there too. I’ve faced those same hurdles, and I’ve come out stronger on the other side.

If you’re not sure how to overcome the challenges in front of you, let me help. I specialize in diverse fitness areas, so whether you're recovering from a surgery, training for a sport, adjusting to life as a new mom, or aiming for strength or weightloss, I'm here to get you to your goals.

Pricing and Packages: 

All packages are priced for a month of training. 
There is no auto-renewal and clients can cancel at any time.
Packages expire 5 weeks after the start of the first session.

24 hour cancelation policy for all sessions.

1X a week (4 sessions): $440

2X a week (8 sessions) : $800

3X a week (12 sessions): $1,140
4X a week (16 sessions): $1,440
